				Select Breeders Service has expanded it's ability to provide quality semen freezing and distribution through a new "AFFILIATED LABORATORY PROGRAM". This program illustrates our commitment to the responsible development of the equine frozen semen industry. The SBS Network provides an ideal system for National and International distribution of equine genetics. Stallion owners will benefit by being able to ship an inventory of semen to an Affiliated Laboratory within the network in a given country for storage. The Affiliated Laboratory can then manage that inventory of semen to ensure that mares are bred under controlled conditions, semen wastage is minimized and financial arrangements between mare owners or agents and the stallion owner are finalized before semen is released. Mare owners benefit from the knowledge that frozen semen processed by any SBS Affiliated Laboratory and imported for distribution within the Network will meet the strict standards for quality that have made SBS the industry leader in frozen semen technology. These standards for quality have resulted in the highest probability of success.
